I am using vmWare Workstation 7.1.4 on Ubuntu and just created a new CentOS 6.2 Minimal virtual machine but I only have the loopback adapter enabled.
I set my network config to DHCP and want it that way in the CentOS install.
ifconfig -a shows that I have an eth0 but I do not have an ifcfg-eth0 file on my system.
Can someone please pass on what I need to to have my eth0 enabled.
I searched around a while looking for ONBOOT and other trick (/etc/sysconfig/devices)..but came up empty.
